> that stinks. a lot. thats like saying "you just won the lottery, but its all going to charities and taxes" > try getting some jobs and maybe you can get some of that.
hey mike... you were right about the rocky mountain... check out these reviews... http://www.mtbr.com/cat/bikes/downhill-full-suspension/rocky-mountain/rmx-r2/prd_364908_1542crx.aspx
hey mike i think if you listen to Steve's advice and get the guide first you will be pretty happy. The guide will add tension to your chain (its purpose) and should help with the chain slapping. I remember doing that on my Sanction during the summer, and even with the weak spring in my derailleur the chainguide kept things in check.
your deraileur isnt why you keep dropping chains. its cause the front ring has not chain rentention system. this is what i was talking about earlier: http://www.blackspire.com/qs/product/83/5947/263221/0/0
Hey mike my mom just told me I can't come on Friday, but Wednesday or thursday will work. Sorry for he change in plans but my sister is having her surgery Friday so riding is a no-go.
1. clean the rotors with rubbing alchol. 2. your pads could be rubbing the disks, check that. 3. the pads could just be wet, and the sound could go away from use. 4. the pads could be worn out, and you need new ones. if they are thinner than the width of one of your fingernails, get new ones
O.o well, my parents were at the hospital with my sister whose knee just got dislocated and she may have torn several ligaments. so thanks for rescheduling >:/
